LoGIC presents an integrative database of curated gene clusters in 30 representative species, with comprehensive interactive interface showing the physical features, functional preference, expression patterns and conservation status of each gene cluster.

Search for Certain Species
Select the species you are interested in, browse its basic information and cluster definition parameters. Furthermore, you can choose the chromosomes of interest to obtain the cluster information list and interact with genome browser.

Browse multi-dimensional information of gene cluster including DNA location, HiC, multiple sequences alignment, GO term and tissue specificity visualization, to understand the relevant information you are interested in.
Function
An GO enrichment analysis was conducted on the whole genome of each species. You can search for or select different functions to view their clustering tendency, member clusters, and the functional distribution of genes within these clusters.

By performing gene ontology analysis between human and the other 29 species, Evolution module allows to view cross-species conservation, structural change and functional variation of different cluster.
