psRobot v1.2 release notes

Bugs fixed:
1. Fixed a bug in psRobot_mir that could cause some miRNA stars to have identical IDs in the output file <*.StarInfo>.

New features:
1. Used a relatively strict criterion to detect miRNA* sequneces (detailed description in the corresponding version of the manual).
2. Updated the scripts so that it fits more in different Linux distributions.
